Eligibility for Returns Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly from Infinity Mattress’ official website or authorized dealers.
Return Window Customers may request a return within 10 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Mattress Trial Policy Mattresses are eligible for a trial period (as per product listing). If you are unsatisfied, you may request a replacement or return under the conditions specified.
Condition of Returned Items The item must be clean, free of stains, odors, or damages caused by the customer. Used, soiled, or damaged products will not qualify for a refund.
Refund Process Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, pillows, mattress protectors, and bedsheets are non-returnable unless defective or damaged at delivery.
Exchange Policy Exchanges are permitted only if the delivered product is defective, damaged, or not as per the order.
